Delete your VAV Connect account

VAV Connect lets you permanently delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app (recommended)

1. Open the VAV Connect app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
4. Confirm the deletion, then re-authenticate with your Google account when prompted.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer access the app, email us at prajwal4102@gmail.com from the Google account email you used to sign in, with the subject "VAV Connect account deletion request". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email address, photo, and profile details)
• Your event applications and shift history, including check-in times, check-in locations, and check-in photos
• Events you created as an organizer, and the applications on them
• All the photos you uploaded
• Your sign-in account itself

All of the above is deleted permanently at the time of the request. No account data is retained after deletion.
